what are the prerequisites to do this training?

InstructaPole Teacher Training is recommended for those with 1+ years of pole experience and at minimum being comfortable in Beginner 1 classes before becoming an instructor. The InstructaPole Mentorship Program is for anyone who has completed teacher training, and current instructors.

I’m not an advanced poler. Can I still be an instructor?

Yes! Being an instructor is so much more than what moves you personally can do. InstructaPole is open to polers of all abilities who have a solid foundation and experience taking at least Beginner 1 classes. Understanding the basics, being able to build on them, and being able to clearly communicate them will make you a much better instructor than any flashy advanced trick ever could.

Can I take the training even if I don’t want to make pole my career and am not sure I even want to teach?

Of course! Broadening your knowledge and point of view is always beneficial and anyone interested in diving deeper into their personal practice is welcome.

after i complete the training will i get hired?

Every pole dance studio has their own requirements and hiring process. There is no standardized or certified teacher training program that must be completed industry-wide. Our training will give you a leg up in terms of knowledge and a holistic way of thinking about your teaching career.

Completing a training program does not guarantee employment at any given studio.

How much does teacher training cost?

Our 5 day intensive program is priced at $1399. We offer early bird pricing at a discounted rate. Please reach out if you need financial assistance or want to set up a payment plan.

Do you offer financial assistance?

We offer an Early Bird Discount. Beyond that we offer payment plans if paying in a single lump sum is not an option for you. Please email instructapole@gmail.com for more information.

How do I pay?

You can pay by card, Apple Pay, PayPal. If you’d like to pay via cash or Zelle, please reach out to arrange payment. Taxes are included in the sale price and a (3%) fee applies to all credit card transactions.

Does InstructaPole count towards my CEUs as a fitness professional?

Unfortunately no, at this point we are not an accredited CEU provider.
