Refunds + Cancellations policy:

You are entitled to cancel your enrollment within 24 hours of purchase.

In case of cancellation, up to 30 days before the event, 75% of the total event cost is refunded to your credit card or you can reschedule for a future training program.

If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before your training program, 50% of the total training program cost will be refunded to your credit card. Or 50% can be put towards a future training program.

If you cancel between 5 and 14 days before your training program, 25% of the total training program cost will be refunded to your credit card. Or 25% can be put towards a future training program.

Cancellation less than 5 days prior to the training program start time will not be refunded.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement by email.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your email. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
